Welcome 2006
It seems that Siddharth is frustrated that I have stopped blogging and hence bowing to public demand I will have to write something here now.So here goes:
Currently I am damn pissed off because I am typing this whole post again due to an error in the Ipc computer that wiped out my unpublished post.It is not very easy to come to the IPC regularly to write blogs.And on the top of that when something like this happens really become mad.
Anyways my reentry into Pliani was a memorable one We had to change 3 buses from Jaipur to Pilani coz there are few private buses that run directly from Jaipur to Pilani.The first thing that I noticed was a very noticable drop in the temperature.For people who might be interested,The f**king place has a current temperature of minus 3 degree celcius.That is maddening cold I can assure you.It somehow manages to get under 5 layers of clothing and chill your skin to the bone.There is no escaping it.It is omnipresent and paralysing.One cannjot work properly here after 7 clock.All we do is sit in the rajai shivering.And I am hardly exaggerating.
The cold apart, registration etc went off properly.I was undecided whether to take up french as an audit course but in the end decided not to .Better first study the compulsory courses properly.A CGPA of 7.8 can hardly be sid as flattering,though it was a bit more than expected.This sem I hope to do better.Attended all lectures today for a change(everybody does at the start of the sem )
Yesterday had a treat at Cannaught place (of course in Pilani).two of my friends had birthdays during the holidays.Had good food after a week.Remembering Mumbai Somewhat.Wing has 4 comps now so can hopefully chat with Sid and Alok.Nobody is ragging us uptil now in this sem.We thought that new seniors fresh from Practice scholl would be eager to get their hands on us.Busy day tommorow have 4 tuts..Forgot to mention,the day we reached Pilani,With nobody around,the downloading speed from the internet was about 400KBps!It was a completely unbelievable experience.We downloaded lots of songs and some software for my friend who has brought an Ipod shuffle from Mumbai(I get to use it whenever I want:)
I know I wont be writing for some days now coz of the time and effort involved.Got 2 free periods today and hence this post.
