Employees are good.. Most of them are originally from Philips only, later NXP and now DSP.
dude....innovation aise nahi hota...you must have seen the IBM advertisement...bada sa room mein, neeche late ke...light band karke...ankh bhi band kar ke.....innovate karte hai!
So basically at IBM innovation means sleeping the AC or sipping coffee all the time! Lol
